Initially designed to support the security needs of a Fortune 50 Company, AirWEB is now available to all agencies and corporations who have concerns about transmitting traveler itinerary and invoice data over the Internet. AirWEB alerts travelers via email that their itinerary is waiting in a password protected area of the Trondent Website. Travelers simply hot link into the Trondent Website, enter the appropriate password and then access their most current itinerary or itineraries, invoices and/or passenger receipts archived for the past 90 days. AirWEB eliminates the need for agencies to research or recreate lost documents and gives travelers immediate access to their records for expense reporting, trip history and new reservation support.

Increasingly, corporations are turning to third party experts to manage the synchronization process. Since traveler profile data can reside in up to four areas: agency database, GDS, online system and the corporation itself, there may be the need for up to three separate interfaces to synchronize information among databases.
