• Email-Based Decision Making - authorizers are now offered the convenience to either approve, decline or suggest itinerary changes from within the body of an email.
• Out of Office Proxy Approver - in addition to setting themselves up as being out of the office for a specified period of time, authorizers now have the ability to assign an alternate (proxy) approver by simply entering his or her e-mail address within the out of office configuration page.
• Administrator Decision Making - authorized administrators now have the ability to review and approve, decline or suggest changes to trips from within the AirWEB Authorizer administrator site.
AirWEB Authorizer is also available via any web-enabled mobile device or Smartphone.
