SYNERGI Partners Will Have Direct Web Portal
For Document Delivery, Tracking and Reporting Tools
New York, June 9, 2004 - SYNERGI, Inc, one of the largest global travel management organizations in the world, and Trondent Development Corp., a leading global travel technology provider, have announced a strategic partnership to provide SYNERGI operations worldwide with a private-labeled web site to access Trondent's six suites of electronic document delivery, e-ticket tracking, profile management and corporate travel reporting tools.

· eTRAK Alert® sends customized, pro-active e-mail alerts to travelers regarding unused non-refundable e-tickets and e-ticket segments.
· eTRAK® and eTRAKPro® software that automates the tracking of all e-ticket activity (used and unused) and provides the industry's most advanced, flexible and comprehensive reporting system.
· GroupASSIST® software that provides arrival and departure data on air, hotel, rail and other segments for meeting and event logistical reporting.
· GroupFARE Analyzer® to calculate the most cost effective meeting destination based on airfare.
· Infuzer web-to-calendar software that copies itineraries and scheduled events from a website or e-mail directly into a user's PC or PDA calendar.
· pnrTRAK® to capture PNR history after ticketing to document the number and type of PNR changes to facilitate the implementation of more competitive, multi-tiered transaction fees.
· PreTRIP® and TravelTRAK® decision support software designed to retrieve PNR data (pre- and post-ticketing) for client reporting: travel policy compliance; and global traveler location for risk management purposes.
· ProFILER®, ProFILER Sync® and ProFILER Web® that programmatically converts, migrates, synchronizes and uploads traveler profiles to any GDS, on-line booking tool or non-GDS database.
