Safe Harbor Privacy Statement

Trondent Development Corp. in compliance with the U.S. Department of Commerce Safe Harbor provides the following privacy statement.

Trondent Development Corporation abides by the principles set forth in the Safe Harbor framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of data from the European Union. Trondent.com is a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program. TRUSTe is an independent, non-profit organization whose mission is to build users' trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices. The TRUSTe program covers only information that is collected through this Web site, and does not cover information that may be collected through software downloaded from the site. Because this web site wants to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy, it has agreed to disclose its information practices and have its privacy practices reviewed for compliance by TRUSTe.

If you have questions or concerns regarding this statement, you should first contact us via PrivacyManager@Trondent.com. If you do not receive acknowledgment of your inquiry or your inquiry has not been satisfactorily addressed, you should then contact TRUSTe http://www.truste.org/consumers/watchdog_complaint.php. TRUSTe will then serve as a liaison with the Web site to resolve your concerns.

Information Obtained from Clients

Notice:
Trondent is a global provider of technology and services to the travel industry. Trondent processes data received from our clients and returns or forwards the data to the client as specified by contract. Trondent acts only as an agent for the collection and storage of data on behalf of our clients. Some Trondent travel sites are branded to look like the client website however, Trondent Development Corp. will take all reasonable steps to inform the user that they are accessing a Trondent operated site.

Choice:
Acting only as an agent for the processing and collection of data for our clients, Trondent is not required to provide data subjects an opt-out option whether personal information will be disclosed. However, Trondent does not use subject's data for any purpose other than those authorized in its client agreements. We may contact you when you register on the client site to provide you with a password that will allow you to access our Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your password, whether or not authorized by you.

If a user wishes to subscribe to our electronic newsletter from the www.trondent.com site, we will only ask for the users email address. Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter may opt-out of receiving these communications by following the "unsubscribe" instructions in the email message.

Onward Transfer:
Trondent will not transfer data to third parties other than directed or contracted by its client agreements. Trondent will not sell, rent or lease any of its data subject's personal data.

Security:
Trondent is committed to securing clients and data subject's personal information. We have deployed appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure this information. These measure include but are not limited to SSL, firewalls, intrusion detection and other automated security software.

Data Integrity:
Trondent only collects data authorized by our clients. Where we are directed to transfer data to a third party by our client, Trondent follows the data masking and confidentiality provisions agreed to by the client and the third party.

The data Trondent is authorized to collect may include and is not limited to, a users full name, frequent flyer/hotel/car rental programs, seat selection, email address, home address, credit card numbers, home and work telephone numbers and other relevant personal information that is needed and authorizer by our clients to enhance the users travel reservation experience.

Access:
Trondent Development Corp. will correct, amend or delete any erroneous data if instructed to do so by its client, subject to the principles of proportionality and reasonableness. Do so by contacting us directly at PrivacyManager@Trondent.com or by submitting the correct information via your proprietary web page if applicable. When applicable via client agreements, you may be directed to back to individual clients for changes to information when submitted by the client on your behalf. While the majority of questions and issues related to access can be handled quickly, a few complex requests may take more research and time. In such cases, access issues will either be addressed within thirty days or you will be contacted as to the nature of the problem and appropriate next steps

Enforcement:
Trondent will allow its clients reasonable access to verify its commitment to adhere to the Safe Harbor principles. Trondent will cooperate with the EU Data Protection Authorities and the Department of Commerce to resolve any complaints and disputes arising in connection with its privacy policy. Trondent will investigate any reported complaints of violations of its privacy policy and will take action where violations are found. All Trondent employees will be required to be familiar with and adhere to this privacy policy.

As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and click-stream data.

We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users' movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.

Cookies:
Trondent may use cookies from time to time. Cookies are small text files a Web site can use to recognize a repeat visitor to the Web site. We use cookies for various reasons. Cookies enable us to provide you with a better experience by allowing us to understand what areas of this Site are of interest to our client's users. These cookies may track individual information. Cookies from Trondent can only be read by Trondent Web sites. Information Collected from Clients:
Information provided to us on our web site is used for providing sales and/or technical assistance. This information is stored as contact information per client agreement or in the case of sales, used as means to provide sales information.

Communications:
We will contact you per your request via the contact information provided. If applicable, per client agreement you may receive an email invitation to visit our site along with a temporary password allowing access to specific information including travel itineraries.

Notification of Changes:
Clients will be notified of a material change in the privacy statement by posting a prominent notice on the homepage and other pages deemed appropriate 30 days prior to the new use of the user's information or by emailing all clients and notifying them of the material change.
